Since there have been a number of posts here wondering about this mysterious author and what became of him, I've created another thread for posts relating more to him than his works (although, hey, go with what makes you happy).
All I really know is that as far as I can tell he died in the early 90's, possibly 1993. He wrote the Death Merchant, Shadow Warrior, and C.O.B.R.A. series of books, as well as possibly writing the series Kung Fu under the pen name Lee Chang (someone referenced to in Rosenberger's Shadow Warrior books).
Rosenberger must have been heavily into mythology, mysticism, conspiracy theory, and the usual interests that go along with that bent. He apparently wrote for FATE magazine, a publication that deals with all things strange and paranormal (but a publication that, I believe, goes back to the 50's, so it's got some, dare I say, authority behind it? Maybe not).
So with that to give things a kick in a pants, please gentle readers, put fingers to keys and fill us in on what you know about the, err...infamous Mr. Rosenberger.

There was also a short lived series called Geneva Force, which may have been his last published work...it may have only been one volume...

Yes, Geneva Force was Rosenberger's last I believe, I found at a Dollar store, in 1991, for 25 or so cents. It's copyright date was 1990 - I believe it was the ONLY issue in the series

If only my memory could serve me. Probably back in the late 70's Soldier Of Fortune magazine was selling two books written by 'Richard Camellion'! I bought both books, they were some sort of world of espionage and do it yourself merc books I think. One was about assassination and I think it dealt heavily in conspiracy theories. I do remember they were oversized paperbacks as far as I know only available thru SOF magazine and the writing was CLEARLY done by Rosenberger.
I was I still had these or remembered more about them.

Somebody has bought the domain name "josephrosenberger.com" and used it to make a cover gallery of pretty much ALL the books he wrote; they all link to each other, thedeathmerchant.com, shadowwarrior.com, etc.
No other information, just a series of covers from the books!
Nice enough, but a little mystifying! Perhaps Joseph R. is communicating with us from beyond the grave, perhaps via that machine in the Soul Search Project . . .
(P.S. where did the reviews go? If the cost of maintaining a website has grown prohibitive, perhaps you could post them again on blogspot or another free server. We don't want the pulps to vanish into obscurity!)

WOW! Interesting...that's a lot of domain names! I wonder if something is in the works? Hmmm...
